The sample kit is great, it gives you a bit of essentially everything they make. I really liked the shampoo, conditioner and elixir they sent, so I ordered full sizes of those. The only thing I would say is that the sample kit does not have enough info on each product to decide what to try. The samples they sent in my full size order had way more info, and I will be trying those next. All in all, it is expensive, but looks like a little goes along way so it's not that bad. I wish they offered more discounts for returning customers.

Not worth the 9.95 shipping price. Even if the items are high quality and effective. They should be offered as free incentives to buy products.
