Our father, brothers, partners and friends face a health crisis that isn't being talked about enough. Men are dying too young. This Movember, OM4 is supporting those who are committed to raising awareness for men’s health issues.
This November, OM4 is supporting the Movember Foundation to help address some of the biggest health issues faced by men: Prostate Cancer, Testicular Cancer, and Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
Founder and CEO of OM4, Michael Bruggeman, says, "The Testicular Cancer cause is particularly important to me since my younger brother suffered from the disease at a very young age. While the disease itself was enough to deal with, I believe my brother’s emotional coming to terms with the need to have an orchiectomy was more difficult than the procedure itself." The Movember Foundation knows what works for men, and how to find and fund the most innovative research to have both a global and local impact.
OM4 is asking all our partners and customers to be a part of the fundraising efforts this November. We aim to raise $5,000 to help the Movember Foundation fund game-changing men's health projects. You are a key part of reaching that goal. Here's how we're going to raise that $5,000. During the month of November, OM4 will donate:
- $5 for every men’s face treatment booked at an OM4 partner location
- $1 for every OM4 product sold
- $1 for every mo' grown during Movember and shared with OM4 on social media using #OM4Movember
The Movember Foundation
From humble beginnings back in 2003, the Movember Foundation is addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. "We know what works for men, and how to find and fund the most innovative research to have both a global and local impact. We're independent of government funding, so we can challenge the status quo and invest quicker in what works."
